ProTax Advantage may use AI-assisted telephone, messaging, and communication technology, including technology provided through TaxCure360.Clients and prospective clients may therefore interact with automated or AI-assisted systems during certain communications.

Clients should not transmit Social Security numbers, complete tax returns, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive information through unsecured channels when a secure alternative has been provided.

Information is retained for periods reasonably necessary to provide professional services and satisfy applicable tax, professional, contractual, security, insurance, and legal requirements.
Information may be securely destroyed when it is no longer reasonably necessary or legally required to be retained.
